Exchange & Returns
The item doesn't fit or is different than you imagined? No problem! Create your return or exchange through our returns center. You will receive all the necessary information when you request your return.
After we receive your items, our team will process your return and arrange your refund or exchange. A refund to the original payment method can take up to 14 days, depending on the payment method.
Return Policy
- We accept exchanges or returns within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be in the original packaging with all brand and product labels/tags/instructions attached.
- Items must be unwashed and unused.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless our customer service department determines that we are responsible for an order error or product defect.
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Products returned to us accidentally or incorrectly are the responsibility of the sender.
We cannot accept returns if...
- a returned product does not comply with Rehband's return policy.
- a return is sent to an incorrect address.
- a return is made more than 30 days after receiving the item without explicit authorization from Rehband.
- the item has been damaged or permanently altered in any way.
- the item is damp, dirty, or shows other signs of damage.
You haven't received your refund yet?
Are you still waiting for your refund? We know this can be frustrating! Depending on the courier and the country you are returning your items from, it can sometimes take up to 14 business days (plus weekends and holidays) for the return to be received and processed by our returns team. If your return is marked as delivered, please be patient, our returns team is working on it! Please allow at least 7 days from receipt and acceptance of your return for your refund to be completed. However, if you would like to contact our customer service regarding your return, please include the following information in your message:
- Proof of return shipment (e.g. a receipt),
- the tracking number,
- your order number.
