I measured my knee and purchased one size smaller than the chart recommends. It fits perfectly and is very snug and supportive. It is a bit difficult to get on, but this is good because it's doing its job of forcing out the edema. It was easier to put on the second time. The material feels durable and the seams are neat and well-made.
